ARI bolts with SPIDERLESS CHAINRINGS have to be mounted inside male and outside female Between external and internal chainring you have to insert the appropriate spacers given with chainrings Screws and bolts have to be mounted with strong thread locker as for example LOCTITE 270 or equivalent products The correct tightening torque is 5NM   N.B. Periodically check the tightening of screws and bolts to prevent that vibrations could unscrew them causing any  breaking
